At Lanti Performing Arts, music is more than learning an instrument. It's learning to listen, to persevere through challenges, to stay curious, and to take pride in steady progress. Every lesson helps students develop focus, discipline, and creativity while building a strong musical foundation that can last a lifetime.
Whether your student is sitting at a piano for the first time or exploring different instruments, our goal is to create an environment where students feel encouraged, challenged, and excited to keep growing. Music has a way of shaping character long before it shapes performance, and we believe those lessons are just as important as every note they learn to play. The classes below are designed for school-aged children ages 5-18 years.

Tuition is posted below. If it’s a monthly class, the tuition you see is monthly. If it’s a session class, the tuition you see is for the full session.

Piano Adventures (Ages 4–5)
Piano Adventures is the perfect introduction to music for preschool and kindergarten students. Through engaging, age-appropriate activities, children build a strong musical foundation while developing rhythm, note recognition, listening skills, finger coordination, and early piano technique. Students are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow at their own pace while discovering that learning music is both rewarding and fun. This class provides an excellent foundation for future piano lessons and continued musical study.
Mommy & Me (Birth–5 Years: with a Parent or Caregiver)
In partnership with the Town of Indian Trail, Mommy & Me is a monthly class designed to introduce young children to music through singing, movement, rhythm activities, instrument exploration, and interactive play. Children and their parent or caregiver enjoy meaningful time together while developing listening skills, coordination, creativity, and early musical awareness. Join us on the last Thursday of each month as we make music, move, and learn together.

We offer in-person classes at our performing arts studio which is located in Indian Trail, NC - just outside of Charlotte, NC. We have an inviting and family-friendly atmosphere that is conducive to educational and personal growth.
Virtual Classes
Connect with our incredible music teachers from just about anywhere. All you need is your instrument, an internet connection, and you'll be ready to learn with your live virtual music lesson via Zoom.
In-School Classes
We are proud to partner with local schools & daycares to provide on-site music lessons to students in Union & Mecklenburg Counties.
